  • PhD in Finance/Banking/

  • Ideally 10 years of teaching experience in higher education.

  • Proven track record in academics & research.

  • A high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the learning environment and teaching methodology.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization.

  • To effectively implement Academic Policies and work towards achieving the vision of EIBFS.

  • To carryout academic/administrative tasks as and when assigned by General Manager/Head Academics within the framework of academic responsibilities.

  • Preparing lectures, tutorial, class exercises, quizzes, tests, etc., towards achieving learning outcomes.

  • To plan, develop and administer teaching methodology related pedagogy and evaluation for effective achievement of learning outcomes

  • Monitoring, assessing, recording, and disseminating students’ performance periodically.

  • Counseling/ advising the students to achieve higher degree of academic excellence in coordination with Academic Coordinators.

  • Building up public relations, maintaining functional relationships with other Departments.

  • Effectively participate in committee activities to achieve objectives of committee

  • To submit final grades within the deadlines.

  • To promptly evaluate and grade students work and provide them appropriate feedback.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

  • Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.

  • Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics

  • Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization, in support of the organization’s needs.

  • Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs

  • Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of corporate training programs and strategies

  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs

  • Create high quality deliverables within project budget and policy deadlines.
