His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, has honored Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies as part of the strategic partners and supporters of the works of the sixth session of the Sharjah Human Resources Conference, which was held under the title “The future of human resources, where to?”

The experts and specialists in the field of human resources have discussed a number of topics related to the future of human resources in light of the challenges facing them, the effects of globalization on the human resource and social life and how to maintain the sustainability of human resources.

The conference addressed four main subjects: the future and the sustainability of human resources, the effects of globalization on the human resource and social life, the human resource in light of digital economic development, innovation and knowledge and foreseeing the future of future generations.
