PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Lean Six Sigma Black Belts are project leads who undertake organization wide projects or potential entrepreneurs/business owners who need to anticipate implementation issues within a business plan.
In many organizations, Lean Six Sigma Black Belts are also instrumental in building a culture of continuous improvement, removing of silos and facilitating change. They do so often through leading projects; setting up of project pipelines and program framework.
This program is custom designed for bankers and looks at real life examples of how six sigma can be implemented in the banking/financial sphere. The participants are required to embark on this program post completion of green belt program. The program provides advance knowledge of what has been covered in green belt.

TARGET AUDIENCE
The lean six sigma black belt problem solving methodology is for anyone working in Operations, Quality team, IT teams, Branch Managers & Business Heads.
ASSESSMENT
Upon completion of the program, the participants will be required to pass exam which is administered online. Participants will also be required to lead and complete one project within the given timelines, coaching for which will be provided by EIBFS faculty.
PROGRAM DELIVERY METHODOLOGY
- Interactive program based on extensive use of examples, case studies, class work, exercises, guest experts, mentoring, individual project, progress assessment, final exam.
- Classroom sessions, mentoring on a real-life project, Summative exam

- 4 days project mentoring
- 2 days revision
- 3-hour exam

PRE-REQUISITE
To be eligible for this program the participant needs to have cleared the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
PROGRAM INVESTMENT
Cost per participant is 8,500AED +VAT/Per person.
