Steps to Change Password for Moodle or Portal

Passwords provide the first line of defense against unauthorized access to your login?

The passwords for student’s Moodle and students’ portal are the same ONE PASSWORD if you change it once it will be changed in both sites Moodle and portal, you can do that only from the portal, not from Moodle. if you tried to do it from Moodle, it will be going back to the default password after you close your browser.

 

To change your password follow the below steps:

 

•         Log in to your portal site  http://my.eibfs.ae/ using your student ID and password

 

After login successfully in the portal home page

 

•         Go to Self-services in the top right corner

 

 

•         In the self-services page click My profile tab

 

 

 

•          Click Account Information

 

 

 

 

•         Click Password

 

 

Enter your current password and enter the new password and confirm it then click save.

Your password will be changed for the portal site and Moodle after you finished.
